3 Beeps and a hang-up on cell phone. Suppose they think I am curious and will call back, that way they can say I am the one that called them, whoever "they" are. BLOCKED (#41)

Someone called and said that a process server has be trying to locate me to serve me with a civil case. Gave me a # to call with a case #. Sounds like BS to me.

I called the number back and all it says is :
Leave your first and last name and phone number and that's it... weird????

Very unprofessional call, I had to say hello 3 times, girl on the phone knew my name and then asked if I realized someone had filed a civil case against me. I told her no that I wasn't aware and asked her who it was. She said the case is sealed and she can't tell me who it is but she can give me their phone number and the case number. I told her they would need to contact me directly and then she hung up on me. I could hear a child and a TV in the background and she clearly had a runny nose that she kept sniffling while talking.

Back to back calls from this number. Today first call rang three times then stopped. Second call rang five times then stopped. Last time these folks tried was 23 Sept. I monitor caller ID on answering machine. I do not pickup unless I know number. If there is not a message I recognize I do not pickup.They keep trying.
