Who called from 4804486306

Called, phone rang for a few seconds and I din't get to answer

Called 10:27 am Arizona time today (wednesday), left no message, and not someone I know or gave contact information with.

This call was received,  @ 1608 hours on 24 May, 2013 , by an unpublished cell number which is registered in the Do Not Call registry . No message was left, but one can only assume a telemarketer has been busy at work. The other posts about this number  have indicated as much.
Is there no way to stop this intrusion?

Pigs called my cell phone on Memorial Day!  I don't answer numbers I don't recognize. I hope they enjoyed working on a holiday.

Not sure how, but they called and made my phone use a weird ring tone. I only have 1 ring tone on my phone for all calls so it startled me to hear a really weird alarm-type ring come from it. It was these [***] and they left no message.
