Yes, I got a call from this number, showing up on my caller ID as "Voter Alerts", and the message was "I regret to inform you that this line is now under surveillance...blah blah blah, paid for by (some politician I don't know). Scary, yet suspicious, political campaigne tactics!
Got a call and as I don't answer from unrecognized numbers, I let it ring through to voicemail. No message was left, and when I called the number back it said,
"You have reached a non-working number, Announcement 14 Switch 193-1"
