Didn't answer it. But if these comments are correct and the call was from the "Fraternal Order of Police", why would I care. I have NEVER been helped by any policeman. The only thing I got was pulled over for "speeding" or a broken tail lite. Of course those incidents required time and money on my part to deal with it,

That's why you shouldn't be surprised when your phone rings on Sunday morning. They've got people to cheat and steal from, forget about them caring what time or day it is, or much of anything else.
