I receive a call from 480-467-2319 every day usually around 8am or 10:30 am. The person waits for me to say hello usually twice and then hangs up on my ear. I don't owe any medical bills since I read from here that it is a debt collector for medical bills. It's probably the last person who had my number. How can I block this number without having to incur more 'phone expense?
My earlier message was in error, this is not egumball it was on my caller ID as CSB Systems.
Sorry, for the error. But, I am still sick of them calling and not leaving a message or hanging up as soon as I answer.
My mom, who is going through a difficult time after my dad died a few weeks ago, is getting harrassing calls every four days from this number. The woman is very rude and talks really fast so my mom can't understand her. My mom has tried to ask her several times what this call is for and the what company she's collecting for. The woman doesn't tell her. She also asked my mom for information that, for good reason, my mom refuses to disclose. My mom asked her to send her a bill, twice and the girl says they sent her bill. My mom explained to her that she is grieving right now over losing her husband and then the woman hung up on her. It's unbelievable that this person can treat others this way. I am very angry that this treatment is acceptable, and you know their calls are monitored. To that collector- I would like to say "Shame on you!"
