Sloppy call raised red flags; 1) caller talked too fast; 2) caller gave only his first name when asked who's calling then deflected question again later; 3) gave company name as AIS and when asked what the letters stood for he said he didn't know, it's just a company name; 4) he did not provide a call back number and had interrupted twice to ask for a direct phone number for targeted employee. He was invited to end the conversation and he did.
