Same here, but I never call them back. I assume that it's a telemarketer or scam since I get a lot of these types of calls from the 480 area.

I blocked this number also.
Received call, didn't answer. No message left. Called # back, message said "this number can only receive texts. To call, use the number provided to you in the text you received" .. Most numbers from 480 area code that my business has received have turned out to be telemarketing calls so I blocked this one as well.
