"Emily" called me. After calling back I clicked "9" to remove my # from their "call list". After I asked Emily for her last name she repeated herself saying, "do I have your permission to transfer you to my supervisor to go over your cruise to the bahamas?" then she hung up on me. No solicitor can hang up unless you start swearing and getting aggressive. Fake AF. Just report them, and hang up.
