Got a call from this number today (1/30/2017) at around 3:30 PM.  Caller ID showed "Out of area 1-480-498-8159".  I let it roll thru to voice mail.  Whoever it was they didn't leave any message.  I used *67 to block my own CID, and then tried calling the number back.  Got a recorded message that "the number cannot be completed as dialed."  I've now added that number to my phone's Call Block List.
