Got a call from this number and they left no name. they just said they were looking for my sister and that they were investigating some kind of case. When tried to return the call we never could get an answer nor was there any type of message as to the company. I believe this is a scam.
My wife keeps getting calls from these random scam artists, and it really gets old. I always look them up on 800 notes, and they always come up as bogus. This is the first time I have seen no comment on a number she receives looking for me. Its funny how they have all this info and not my phone number....

I have gotten 2 phone calls now from this number calling for my husband, stating that they guys name is Edward Wilson and he is from the Division of Pretrial Summons and Processing I retained a fax order regarding a suit on a complaint that has been filed against you. I have been retained to serve you documents to appear in court either at your place of residence or your place employment. If you have any questions or concerns about the complaint, (something about getting a letter outside of court) Then he gave another number to call for legal department 1(408)499-0372 if have any questions or wish to settle outside of court. At end off message on voice mail he states, "you have been officially notified"
On first occasion this guy called and I happen so to answer, i told him that if he needed to speak with my husband than he would need to call him on his phone, I told him to stop calling me and harrassing me or I would contact my lawyer and I hung up. Still called back!
Same thing happened to me. They said they were a pre trial processing of Arizona and ask for contact info for my ex sister n law who i haven't seen since 1999.
First of all, asked for me but said I wasn't available and said I can take a message. He said he was from the legal department but I hung up on him. I knew it was a scammer.
