I've gotten several calls from this number in the past and they never leave a message. I've tried calling it back from another phone so i can say "Ooops sorry wrong number" so I can try and find out who it is but it just rings and rings.
I too got a call from this number. I answered and they hang up on me after saying something like "mr costelo?" or something like that. I thought it was weird though.
