I have asked them to stop calling, file a complaint with the FCC and the Arizona Attorney Generals office. They continue to call. Appear to use several different phone numbers but always the same telemarketer sales speech. Every should file an on-line reports with the FCC and the their state attorney's office. If enough individuals file complaints, we can make them stop calling like we did with Adobe Air last year.
I blocked a different number from this outfit; so then they try from a new number. I have repeatedly asked them to remove me from their list. I asked this girl three times and she just kept reading her script. I told her I was on the DNC list and that the were breaking the law by continuing to call me. We'll see what happens but I will NOT be surprised if I receive another call from them.
I receive frequent phone calls from this organization claiming to be part of the "DOE Go Green Campaign." They do not give me an opportunity to respond until they are done their script and if I ask who the company is or attempt to ask to have my number removed from their call list they immediately disconnect. Then I receive a call a few days later and the process repeats.
So today I played along and answered their questions in a manner that I knew I would qualify and when transferred to a supervisor to confirm my eligibility, I asked her who the company was, and she kept saying they were with the widely publicized DOE Go Green Campaign, but never would give me a straight answer, just they they work with Energy Experts. So I scheduled an appointment on a date that I won't be home. My number is listed on the Do Not Call Registry and this organization's harassing tactics need to be ended. I'll filed multiple complaints with the DO Not Call Registry and today I filed a complaint with the AZ Attorney General's office.
