This company is call Merchant Services and they are a bunch of jerks, they claim to be calling on behalf of Visa and MasterCard on changes that were made. I asked them if they new who my credit card processor was and all she kept saying was that she worked on behalf on Visa and MasterCard. I told her if she called again I would call the attorney general and the federal trade commission for her harassing me . She has not bothered me since.
They identify themselves as "Customer Service" and then claim they are a survey company, not a sales company. This is typical, nefarious behavior for Chase Bank (they were calling for my daughter, who hasn't lived here for five years).
