These idiots keep calling before 8 am and don't leave a message... I owe NOBODY any money or do I have ANY unpaid bills. Maybe, I should find out where the owners of this inept law firm live and start harassing them at home? Just because some dead beat had my cell # prior to me getting it -  It does NOT give them the right to harass me or run up my cell phone bill either.

Suddenly I'm getting calls from this "law firm" ---debt collection agency.  Upon checking, it is an unpaid bill that had  slipped thru the cracks, not intentionally avoided. However instead of negotiation over settlement I was showered with bombastic arrogance, unsubtle threats, verbal abuse.

These P@#$%S keep calling and leave no message.  An alleged law firm of "Law Offices of Mark A. Kirkorsky" an Arizona Debt collector.  Since I don't have any delinqeunt accounts, this is a bogus, harassing call!  Here's some info so that you can call them back and harass them!

If you can prove that another collection agencie attempted to collect the same debt they are now trying to collect.
If AZFCU Never notify you that they sold, transfer or referred the debt to a collection agency.
