She is one of the rudest people I have ever talked to on the phone.
She is sure that she talked to our boss on the phone, (or one of her staff, Ryan did she said) but when I told her to listen to the call, she wouldn't .
Ryan called us (Cold call) to try to book an appointment with the owner of the company, talked over the girl who answered the phone, and tried to book an appointment. Tawanna called back to confirm the appointment and was not only rude but didn't seem to understand they never talked to our boss.
In doing a web search, the number 1-877-424-7089 is listed on their website for a contact number and it says 24/7 customer service. Calling that number they say UPA moved out and they can't reach them (they say their name is Regent) but the phone message still says that you have reached UPA. HMMM really good customer service, if that is true.
Rude, and pushy sales people, while sales is a hard job, you don't have to be rude about it.
Don't do business with them. they can't even answer the phone!

Angela, account manager...so she claimed, from 877-424-7089 just called the business I work for (a charity) and insisted she had to speak to the boss to inform them of a change to our "bank account". Yeah right, it's so urgent that you can't succinctly give me the name of the "bank" that you work for. They really think people are utterly stupid!!!
After 3 tries, I finally got her to say UPA to where I could understand it.... of course it's not a company we have ever done business with...
I actually worked for them... They up and moved fired us all! I agree the majority of the dialers we're practically strong arming businesses into signing with them... Josh Mason was the owner... Never do business with any company associated with his name! He's a crook! Didn't even pay us what he owed us after he let us all go!
