Collection agency. Called because have same name as person they are looking for. Called directory and asked for all numbers for simular name and the harass til they get you to answer. Don't have delinquent loan or Ford explorer. They also call from multiple numbers from all over the country.
I actually answered since they've called multiple times on my work cell...The guy identified himself as being with Apex Solutions, but they were calling for tom (someone); BLOCKED!
