Call back gets, "Please wait for next available agent." Next thing I get is "This is Ilene (heavy Indian accent) how may I help you?" I said,"Ilene, what company do you represent?" She said, "You have reached Credit One Bank." I told her I was calling to confirm a number that had called my home with no CID. She wouldn't address the issue. Just kept saying, "I'm sorry you were inconvenienced, do you own a business?" So bottom line is, if you are a customer of Credit One Bank, call the number on the back of your card or the number you have listed for customer service and find out if they are trying to contact you. Most likely it's a telemarketing attempt. There are a lot of complaints about Credit One Bank.
