Keep in mind that spammers and scammers often spoof legitimate numbers - so this person may have nothing whatsoever to do with the calls.

Answered this call after repeated calls.  Caller with a thick accent told me it wasn't a sales call and stared asking me about chips in my windshield.  Gotten the call before.  They spoof/rotate their number so hard to block.
