I got a call on my cell phone, which i did not give out, about a deadra from asset acceptance corp with a deal to settle my outstanding balance with a settlement deal. I payed out any accounts over 10 years ago. i informed her of this and said i would locate my paperwork that states i have paid this out. I looked for this paperwork, but its been more than ten years i recently started getting rid of old paper work. i did not agree to make any payments or agree that this is a legitimate debt. what should i do next.
