The phone number belongs to Dale Gibbs in Tempe and Donnie Gibbs his brother, both are scam artist who try to pass themselves off as contractors, but have no liscence and have been turned down for a commercial contracting liscence due to "NO EXPERIENCE" and now are continuing to work as contractors without a liscence in residential settings doing BBQ grills etc.. for a lot less than you can get a professional for. However the final outcome is subpar and they try to hit you up for more cash and favors afterwards. Good luck and trust me stay away.
