Who called from 4806129950

Number pops up as HSBC Bank but when answered, caller said they were "assigned to contact you regarding the renewable energy act".  Known solar scam.

Blocked #434.

They left empty voicemail, then called back immediately. I hung up on them and blocked number.

I got several calls from them.

I don't answer calls from phone numbers I don't recognize.  It goes to voicemail.

They did not leave a voicemail, so I assume they are either a scam or a telemarketer, and they will be added to my blocked phone numbers list.

I have an unlisted number,,,,the man that finally answered would not give any info................especially when I asked how he got my number,,,,,,we understand that "their" system just automatically dials BUT HOW CAN we stop this I have made a report to my phone company but there doesn't seem anything anyone can do.....if you call the number back you get a recording to leave a message........so I am making a formal complaint to my phone company.
