If they call you, demand a debt validation letter be sent to you by US mail. E-mail no good. If they won't do this, then simply ignore them and block their calls.
This is a bill collector looking for the wrong person. Calling numerous times, all recorded on both ends. Called and tried to talk to a person today to ask again for them to stop. Lady kept rattling off not allowing a word in edgewise. I have ask these people to stop and they keep calling. Next stop, attorney.
The next time they call, demand a legitimate, physical mailing address in which to send a cease communication letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested. If they refuse, let them know you will be seeking legal counsel who will get this information for you and file a lawsuit against them for intentionally harassing a non-debtor.
