got a phone call just now. some music played for a sec or two n they hung up

I have gotten 3 calls from this number and as mentioned by "irritated," I hear music for a few seconds and then the line is disconnected.

call but no one on line on 9/9/10 at 1:30 pm  when tried to call it it says google voice subscriber not available

It is a location AZ politician, scrounging up votes.  Claimed to be my Hubby's best long time friend.  I KNOW THEM ALL ---3 of them.  He couldn't even pronounce our last name!  When he said his last name was Hobit, I said...come on idiot, I've seen Lord of The Rings!!!
