Answered my cell and all I heard was "This is Rachel(?) calling about your bank card account. First I'd like to say that there is nothing wrong with your account" and I hung up. Called the number back from a land line and got somebody's voice mail for customer service that sounded like it was recorded from a cell in a car on the express way with the windows down. VM was full too.
