Who called from 4806621884

This number shows up and so today I called it back and it says it is a Verizon number that has been disconnected or no longer in  service. So how come it shows up as a caller id? SCAMMERS

I received a call from this number.  When I called it back a minute later.  it says Verizon wireless,  the number you called has been disconnected or no longer in service.

I received this call today, 4:25 pm 8/13/2015 , returned call  non English speaking, male could not understand . hung up.
noise in the background, sounded like a female??.

Have received several calls from this number.  Returned call and foreign speaker answered.  Not pleased with this call or caller!
