Called, didn't leave message.

I have found that the 480 prefix calls are usually from a windshield replacement company that I used 3 years ago, but also spam calls that are now using local area codes to try and increase their chance of getting a response. If I don't know the number it gets blocked. I have over 380 blocked numbers in about a year.

480 is a prefix for most homeowners of Mesa arizona.    I know, I own a home here.

This phone number is a banner hospital number.    They are probably calling you to schedule you for a test your dr ordered or to give you results.

Then why don't they identify themselves on the caller ID or leave a message?
