Yes, it's Banner. I don't know why they don't identify themselves on the caller ID. They did leave an automated voice message to call back to schedule an imaging procedure.
I have found that the 480 prefix calls are usually from a windshield replacement company that I used 3 years ago, but also spam calls that are now using local area codes to try and increase their chance of getting a response. If I don't know the number it gets blocked. I have over 380 blocked numbers in about a year.
