I think it's an add for a dating site. If you click on link from phone it gives the option to remove your number

Completely random text saying " we should talk on we-just.com" I responded with "Who is this?" "How'd you get this number?" & "Why should we talk?" I got no response at all. I don't use sites like this, nor would I ever reveal my phone number.
