Who called from 4806859464

They call @ 9:13am and asked for the home owner by first name. When I asked who's asking they hung up. Note; there was a lot of call center type chatter in the background.

Political survey done by a live person. I went ahead and did the survey,so maybe they won't bother me anymore.

Called twice a few days ago nobody answered, just silence. Called early today left no message. Called again today, answered and again nothing but silence. CID Phoenix AZ

just called. Definitely a pro-active dialer. "Call Center"

Several calls in the last week. Answer, no response, then they hang up. Tried calling back, and the number is busy. File a complaint with Do Not Call Registry, but I doubt this will do any good.
