never leaves message, call is computer dialed

They are constantly calling me.  When I answer, I hear a half syllable of computerized voice, then nothing.  No one ever comes on the line.

Calls several times a day and NEVER leaves a message, when I answer they do not say anything

Calls me 3 times a day, with different number 7476 or 7475... They say who they but when asked to repeat they ask for who there calling, I sak again who are you? They ask is this so in so..  I hank up and block there#, then they call from another number. I will keep blocking them
