Who called from 4807399171

A prerecorded message saying if I press 1 I will hear a prerecorded message about putting $10,000 in my hands in two weeks and $10,000 or more every two weeks after that. He guarantees that if I press 9 I will never hear from him again.
I wish that I could block more than 30 of these crooks at a time!

According to 800 notes this is a credit card scam.  Different names appear on CIDs including Local and Test.

This number called while I was driving downtown and I could not answer it. They left no message. I do not recognize the phone number.

Got a call, didn't pick up.  Left no message.  Unrecognized number.

scammer called. I answered and he started his recorded message and I hung up and this number is now blocked.
