Credit One Bank. One of about 20 numbers they use to annoy people with. They hang up as soon as it is answered so I don't know why they bother to call. Unless of course it is only to harass people. I've called them at several of the numbers and told them to stop calling. Still getting about 10 calls a day from various Credit One numbers.
