VERY NICE CALL FROM CITI MORTGAGE RESPONCE DEPT. I HAD E-MAILED THEM AND TOLD THEM WHAT I THOUGHT ABOUT THEM NOT WANTING TO REFINANCE MY EXISTING LOAN. GUY WAS VERY NICE AND SAID HE WOULD CHECK INTO IT FOR ME.
