This call was from SiteLock telling me I had malware on my hosted website. As it turns out, the scan was weeks ago and I contacted my hosting provider and the files were removed. After working a little bit during the call to clarify why SiteLock was calling, I then understood that SiteLock provides basic scans to more than 200 hosting providers and they were calling me to market their upgraded ($14.xx/mo) coverage. It wasn't transparent that it was a marketing call until I expressly asked the agent if they were calling me to sell me something, at which point he didn't directly answer yes, but confirmed that was what was happening.
