Harassed Consumer
This is a Telemarketer by the name of Kevin Boyett in the Mesa Area who will call from an Unknown Number but he may call you using his personal Cell phone (602) 930-8494. He and other telemarketers (I was told 3 locations and multiple sales agents by the receptionist Christine) from this company will consistently call and harass you. They will curse and use profane language with you and will say very offensive things. This Company Stellar Graphix, Inc. fails to comply with Federal FCC Laws.

The Owner of the Company is John Eisel ( http://www.linkedin.com/pub/john-eisel/62/905/306 )which is aware of the issues but fails to do anything about removing a name from their Auto Dialer list and ignores all DNC (Do Not Call) Requests. John Eisel was a previous sales rep at another company with the same initials SGI back in 2008 when he then left to start a new marketing company with the likes of his previous employer.

My Conversation transcript:
Unkown Caller ID 8:38am PST July 15, 2014
Kevin Boyett: Good Morning may I speak with “Consumer”…
Consumer: This is Consumer…Who am I speaking with?
Kevin Boyett: This is Kevin Boyett with SGI. We spoke a few months back and I am following up with our previous conversation.
Consumer: I don’t believe we have ever been in contact before. What is this regarding?
Kevin Boyett: Well this is about some marketing magnets and Key chains. But before I et into that I have a joke for you and then will explain the product.
Consumer: I am very busy and do not have time for jokes. What is your Product?
Kevin Boyett: Well I don’t have time for A**H0!3s. Get the F*&! Off of my phone and eat a D!&^.
Phone hangs up.

Right after the call ended (He hung up on me), I googled the company and found out that the owner used to work for another company with the same initials and is playing off of the other companies success. I finally tracked down Stellar Graphix and said that my call was disconnected right at the time Kevin was going to tell me his joke. The receptionist Christine said she couldn’t transfer me to Kevin because he was on an auto dialer but she would have him call me back (I was curious if I would be connected with the same guy considering how the have deceptive marketing practices). About 5 minutes later I get a call from Kevin. He acted like we had spoken about business from the previous day; I knew he was full of it. I played along and then pointed out that I wanted off of their list and not to be bothered. He the continued with his offensive language and hung up. I called back asking to speak with the owner and the owner John Eisel is evidently too busy to handle such calls.
