called my extension at work today. Caller ID said "Epps, Jack" so I assumed it was a patient (we are a dental office). I heard some background noise but nobody spoke to me. I called the number back (again, thought it was a patient) and it said the number wasn't in service. Strange.

Jack Epps is an annoying, rude telemarketer. I have received several calls from him. He does not leave a message. When I called back, the number does not go through. Once, I was able to answer the call while the phone was ringing. He asked for the name of a person I do not know, so I told him he had the wrong number. Then he wanted to know if I was "the homeowner." Since he was calling cellphone, and it was none of his business anyway, I told him did not know. In a sneering tone of voice, he said, "you don't know if you are the homeowner? Well, have a nice day." Apparently, he does not remember who he insults, because he has called several times since then. I just let it go to voicemail, but he does not leave a message. I suspect, from the request to speak to "the homeowner," that he is a mortgage broker, real estate agent, or other type person.
Calls constantly... I am on the do not call registry... I get approximately 10+ telemarketing calls per day.
