Recording said it was my last chance and to press 1 to speak to agent. When he came on the line I told him this was my 100th last chance and wanted to know how many last chances I got. At that point every other word out of his mouth was 4 letters and started with F.

Don't answer.  These people are [***] and when you call the number back, it's not in service.

How the hell does that happen: government line.

Did not leave a message. My caller ID says Poland. I don't know anyone from Poland!
