I did not recognize 480-889-2270 so I did not pick up.  They left no message.  Some internet research revealed that number used to belong to a medical transcription company in Scottsdale, AZ.  I suspect that now it is an abandoned phone number that has been hijacked by the nice people who like to remain incognito when they scam us.
