I keep getting calls from this number and when I pick up, I can hear background noises but the caller does not say anything and hungs up after a while.

I KEEP GETTING THESE PHONE CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER,WHEN I AWNSER THEY ASK IF THIS IS BILL PITT,AND WHEN I SAY YES THEY HANG UP.I TRY TO CALL THEM BACK AND GET A RECORDING THAT THE NUMBER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED.HELP

Just got same deal from  ARIZONA ,PHOENIX   ..   Asked if I was  Bill Pitt !   Ahh  No  I'm Not !!   They hung up !

Same thing I get calls from this number sometimes twice a day. When I call it back I get a recording that it has been disconnected..
