Who called from 4809513801

Calls and hangs up when I answer. Does not leave message if I let it go to VM.

They called and had a sketchy way about them saying they were from the electric company. Didnt know my name or address and said i had gone in with question and they were calling me back. When i havent been to that office since i connected service.i am in arizona.

Said they were with "analytics group" wanting to do a survey with aps and wanting to know if I use the website wierd very sketchy
