That is from MSA Solutions, a call center out of Tempe, AZ. They used to have a student loan consolidation racket called HERO Student Loans, I used to work for them and they are pretty scandalous.

HERO went out of business last month so it likely wasn't that, but stay far FAR away from MSA and that jerkface Mitchell Sweet. Their auto dialer sucks so if you get hang up calls it's because the dialer couldn't connect. If you keep getting them, and you're on the National DNC List, report them to the FCC.

I saw that MSA solutions went out of business, I need to get wage verification for my SSI case worker - do you know how I can reach someone about this bogus company?? I knew they were scam that's why I quit in July/August of last year. I had a clue when they would pressure us about getting peoples SSN and DOB even when it wasn't necessary. I also worked at MSA Solutions I was laid off and found out shortly afterward from someone who was still working there before she to was rounded up like cattle in the sky box and laid off..That they were under investigation for fraud and that she was questions by some suits.. So don't know what happen there I know they no longer are at the same Address at least not under the same name.. who knows just a little sicking to know I may have been working a fraud..Then again the way they treated their employees after all the hard work we did says a lot about the company they truly were...After I was laid off I had to go for unemployment and they tried to lie and say I quit.. in truth I along with a lot of people were gathered up like Cattle and laid off..Criminal..So ya stay away from Msa solutions.. Yep, that's MSA Solutions for you. I worked there over 7 years and was then laid off. When I went back to get my pension a week later, they told me I didn't get it because I quit. I lost everything. I'm glad to hear they went out of business.
