Receive calls from 480-999-5461 every day re scaring senior citizens!! This must stop!!!

These people call when I'm in a deep sleep nap. I have them blocked but the one ring wakes me up. Have reported them many times to FTC to no avail.

I received a call from this number twice in five minutes -- the first time was the usual 4 or 5 rings and then stopped; the second call must have rang 30 times or more before they gave up.

I have caller ID and never answer any calls from a locale, person, or number I don't recognize.  

This call said PHOENIX, AZ and the number.  I know no one in Phoenix so I just let it ring.
