These are folks who have nothing better to do with their time who are lost in the world.  They are also lazy folks who do not know how to earn a true living by working hard, or working period.  Instead they would rather continue to be losers in this world, totally lost.  Does not bug me a bit for them to call, keep the calls coming losers, it's almost comical to me!
