Received a phone call from this number. The caller left no voice message.

Called and left no voice message.

Called and didn't leave a message. I called back and the recording said my account balance was insufficent to place this call. I have no idea what account balance they are talking about.

I called back, and a recording said "thanks for calling us back, we can offer you a reduced price for your auto insurance" however, I do NOT have any auto insurance so this is definitely a scam/spam call.

Calling back...I also got a lowered car insurance rate prompt... I do not have car insurance. SPAM
