Very rude, LCN is the name of caller (?) Have no idea who or what they want, called me by name "Jeffrey", I said wrong number and lady went into a schpiel. I said again, "wrong number" and hung up. Another person called again later. Called back to tell them it's a wrong number and not to call again and dude slammed phone down.
I got a call from this number today. No voice message so I called back. It sounded like someone who just woke up and they said they got my information from an auto search online, which I did not do. Do not answer.
Got a call from this number no message left when i called it back 3 hours later eastern standard time the guy asked if this was the phone number he called me on? When I asked was is this about? the guy told me the computer was down and they would have to call me back....
I have many things going on right now one being hail damage to my car and dealing with insurance companies among other things that go along with it.
The only thing I can say is when I started looking for work on line I started getting all these crappy calls mainly ones about going back to school most of them will tell you that or they will call back.... so not sure what this stuff is plus its election time and those calls are coming in...
Time to start getting our numbers on the do not call list which may stop a bunch of these calls.... I know this can be done with landline house phones does anyone know if this will work with cell phones???? Some one told me you can block these calls but these places use so many different numbers and I know with landlines you are limited to how many calls you can make..
Before cell phones you could use call trace which would shut these jerks down in a heartbeat with the do not call list. Not sure how you can do this on a cell phone????
If anyone has answers on the do not call list for cells and the call trace number for cell phones would love to hear it!!!!!
With most of us doing min or pay as you go phones I do not think that these things are available....
