Caller sent me email enquiring about website design service and said his budget was around 8000$. Asked me to register on stripe/authorize and also asked me to charge him 3150$ extra to pay to another consultant. Shared a reference design of another website and sounded genuine on email unless he refused paypal invoice, I got suspicious and didn't respond therafter.
