called my cell number which I never give out except to select individuals. This has to be some kind of robo scammer call. No message left. The creep stayed on long enough so my voice mail would pick up. The voice mail is 2 seconds long but no sound. Since I have a pre paid phone this costs me money. Ugh!
After the 2 second delay a voice comes on and says can you hear me - sounds just like the one they been talking about on news where they record you if you say yes and they use it against you for opening accounts in your name - don't say anything
