Caller insisted that I would be picked up from work and thrown in jail but would not fax or send me any documentation for the reasons why. Said it was for an internet pay day loan but yet it had been paid off. BEWARE!! Man said his name is Brian Coldert (heavy indian accent). He also said he was with some police department but when I asked his name a second time he didn't tell me his title as he did the first time.
yeah i to did get same kinda call but i happened to pay them and i also got letters of validation that the account is paid, i also inquired about them and found them legitmate, i dont think i had any problems as i too stay at reading , PA. and yes i have seen the department itself.
where did you find legitmate info on this company as all research i have found is telling this is a scam. Even my local police department and FBI is telling this is a scam. The simple fact that they will not supply you with any info on who you owe this debt to is red flag enough for me. I also would like the address to this department you have seen so I can contact them myself or have my lawyer contact them
