phone rang answering machine picked up and they hung up.

Calls daily. Annoying. Next step F.C.C.

Receiving calls from this number. This time I picked up and said nothing. The male on the phone asked for my husband by first name. I hung up. Called the number about 1 hour later , rang and rang-no machine. This gets tiring.
