Call came in at 1:17PM on 3/28/18 and CID displayed "Allentown PA 484-223-3823" and as usual, no VM was left. Since no VM was left, the call wasn't important to begin with. Since i dont know anyone who resides in Allentown PA, just another scam in progress.

Just called me. Didn't answer immediately. After 10 secs of ringing I did. Heard beep beep..... beep beep....then it hungup. Obviously a robodialer. BLOCKED.
