Info from another site says it is a google update scam:
"Same fake Google update, just another scam, new phone number."
Google doesn't do updates via telephone. So be aware.
I just don't answer any calls that only have city and state in the ID.
I did get a bunch of calls from Baden and Carnegie, PA last week.
They were Electric Switch and med alert scams.
